I want.

Frick, these are so awesome and I totally want to do a shoot like that

I was browsing on soompi and found this image of these uber cool mugs. Aren’t they so cute??

Aside from that though, I LOVE LOVE LOVE her hairstyle and just how she shows her eyes. She looks gorgeous, whoever she is!

Speaking of which, looking at this image, it reminded me of many things I had on my computer before it died.

One thing is, this hairstyle is the reason why I straightened my hair. I used to sort of have that hairstyle and semi-successfully (read more phail than success) pulled the hairstyle off when I was in high school. I lost the scan, but I still have sticker photo 8D

I censored it for privacy reasons. Taken with the domesticatedgoddess! Oh the good old high school days. I’m the one on the right. It’s my favourite sticker photo of all time.

Well, see. Not really the same hair. But it was getting there. Not to mention though, back in those days… sigh, silky straight hair <3 I remember it being so soft! Now I just look like a rugged mess even though I got a haircut a few days ago. I suspect she didn’t really cut it that well. Le sigh. Time to just straighten straighten straighten – usually with a good hair cut I don’t even care if I walk out with bed hair… this hair seems a little too disproportionate… but I shall let it grow.

ANYWAY I WENT WAY OFF TOPIC.

Seeing the hairstyle, it reminded me of one of my favourite models, Kuriyama Chiaki. It’s not often that I blog about girls in general – I’m a hard person to please! But personally, I think she’s beautiful because she largely popularised that hairstyle. She’s probably best known for her role in Kill Bill Vol. 1. I think the image below is her in Battle Royale. I’m probably wrong, because I still have yet to watch Battle Royale /(*A*)\  YES SHOCK I STILL NEED TO SEE IT. THERE’S A HOT GUY IN THAT SO I NEED TO SEE IT (I think Tsukamoto Takashi, who plays Ani in Kisarazu Cats Eye and the infamous Naoya from STAND UP!! – he’s married now though. Boo :P )

Isn’t she pretty? <3

She’s fricken amazing <3 I love how her jaw is kinda squarish too. LOVE HER HAIR… FIERCE!

Damn. Enough of drooling over Kuriyama Chiaki for the meantime. My biggest hope is that one day she’ll play Kuroi Misa in an Eko Eko Azarak movie or something one day… then I’d be OVER THE MOON. I can tell people “YA you know Chiaki the model I’ve been idolising? She plays Kuroi Misa… in other words… ME! LOLOLOLOL!!!!1111one”

:P

I’m kinda sad. I really liked Yoshino Kimika’s portrayal of the character in the first movie (she looked prettier in the second movie but was annoying), but after a search in google it appears that she is moving into a movie genre that I am not quite happy about. :( Nooooo. This sucks!

But anyway.

KURIYAMA CHIAKI <3 :D

Jang Geun Suk = Perfect man Dx

He’s so awesome <3

Well, usually I refer to Jang Geun Suk as Tae Kyung from You’re Beautiful.

He’s so awesome because he’s an excellent actor and has one of the most vibrant smiles. By excellent actor, I mean he actually lost 7kg to get into Tae Kyung’s character because he believed he needed the sexy image, meaning (somehow) he had to show his collarbones. So now it’s a tall 182cm, but only at 60kg. Makes me feel very fat in comparison, but then again he’s a guy so he doesn’t need fat. I need my fat D:

This guy can act. He can sing. He can even dance.

LULZ <3 DORKY BUT AWESOMESAUCE <3 I shall watch the other parodies in full on a faster connection.

Frick, he is hella handsome. Even my mum said so.

“You know the drama I’m watching, the main guy actually lost 7kg to get into character!”
“Oh you mean the one with the one with the pale skin wearing an earring who is quite handsome?”
“Uhhh well… the one with the black hair? All three of them are kind of pale skinned, wear earrings and are handsome >.> One guy has black hair, the other brown and the other yellow <.<”

BUT YEAH. HE IS HANDSOME <3

He’s tall. He’s awesome. He’s also born in 1987.

CAN YOU FRICKING BELIEVE THAT?!

That guy is less than a year older than me <3 10 months older in fact.

I feel old but kinda happy at the same time – I can actually say “I want to marry my idol” and actually make sense! Back then in high school all my idols were like that, 11 years older than me? D: (Not that I’d marry JGS, though I won’t decline if I ever got a chance :D Bwahaha)

I need to know more 1987′ers. So far they are awesome, like JGS and T.O.P.

I’d spam more images of him, but the Internet is slow. It’s also 12:46am. Holy.

<3 Sorry for respamming this image, but it’s seriously one of the cutest and one of my favourite scenes in You’re Beautiful :D He looks so evil haha <3

Until next blog!

Korean Movie: Oldboy 올드보이 (2003)

So, R and C gave me a movie to watch the other day, named 올드보이. It’s more commonly known by its English name, Oldboy, not that it makes a difference since you read the Korean as “Oeldboi” (one wrote Oldeuboi, but I’m just writing it how I would pronounce it haha)

They both told me to watch it since it wasn’t gory or disgusting or anything, but twisted as in Japanese twisted.

Upon researching it, it was originally based on a manga, so it is Japanese twisted – it just happened to be that the Koreans decided to turn it into a movie.

Oldboy is a cult movie. As in, it sort of falls into the horror genre, but it’s more of a psychological thriller.

Read more at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oldboy if you want all the spoilers in the synopsis

It was quite an easy and intriguing watch, but some parts were quite hard to watch. If you’re not a fan of torture, this might not be in it for you. You don’t really see anything, but just the acting, the mise en scene and the music – everything… my Gosh, I had to actually cover my eyes even though I knew I wasn’t going to see anything. I think this is the first time I’ve had to do that, but then I haven’t really seen many cult movies in the past, if any at all, really. I’ve read cult manga, but I would cover my mouth.

Anyway, a brief synopsis – a man named Oh Daesu is at the police station after being drunk. His friend bails him out, and it’s his daughter’s birthday. While at a telephone booth, Daesu gives the phone to his friend. When Daesu’s wife is on the line asking for Daesu, the friend realises that Daesu had disappeared, only leaving behind his daughter’s birthday present on the ground.

Daesu finds himself locked up in a rather seedy hotel room with a prison door with just a small opening for meals. He is constantly drugged, and whilst he is drugged, people come in to give him drugs and clean the place. He doesn’t know why he is locked up, and doesn’t know who did it. He ends up locked in the room for 15 years, using a television as his calendar and source of knowledge. He trains himself to fight and uses the television’s knowledge to learn about the world (he later could identity species of fish in a fish tank from this) and finally he is released.

When he is released, he is given a cell phone and a wallet filled with money by a homeless man, and enters a sushi restaurant, where he meets an attractive young chef named Mido, who later becomes his romantic acquaintance. He learns from a phone call that he is now placed into a treasure hunting sort of game. The game is to find out the reason why he was imprisoned for 15 years. If he finds out the reason, his capturer, Lee Woo Jin will kill himself (via a remote control said to be able to stop a pacemaker inserted into his chest). If Daesu fails to find out the reason, Mido will be killed. Daesu is given 5 days, an extra 100 000 Won (approximately $100AUD) and is given hints along the way.

Throughout this process, Daesu finds himself in a complex web of violence and a lot of memory seeking. The scene edits are quite smooth and compelling, as he chases after his memories when he was young.

I’ll end here or else I’ll be giving away the whole story, but whilst the story was quite disturbing and compelling, I quite enjoyed it. Unfortunately, there was something that I felt was a little too obvious from the start (I don’t know why, but I kind of saw through the identity of one of the characters). The scenes where Daesu was in pain really blew me away because it was just so chilling. The editting really made the whole feel of the movie really dark and sinister, and I felt that that aspect was really well done.

I’d recommend it – it’s quite a dark movie, but it’s really worth a watch – I enjoyed it more than I expected I would. Just a note on the rating though, it’s definitely MA15+ or I’d even give it an R rating. There’s a lot of blood and disturbing things in this movie, as well as a very realistic bed scene which was uncalled for, but well, necessary (this is why I’d probably say an R rating, but then again, there are so many M rated movies that probably would have scenes like that – Starship Troopers is one from the top of my head, and I don’t even think it was necessary cept for the fact that it was in the heat of the moment and they possibly were going to die – hmm). The movie really does unravel the secrets of the human mind and the evil that goes behind the mind. It’s about unravelling these secrets and seeing how evil they are – and what people are willing to do to hide secrets or to reveal them. It’s also about revenge, morality and romance. Thrilling stuff.

Here’s a trailer if interested. I’m putting up a trailer that someone on Youtube made. It’s quite good compared to the other one I saw, so this will have to do :)

PS: Supposedly, Spielberg was going to direct an American adaptation of this and Will Smith expressed interest playing Daesu’s role. Oh come on! If you watch the Korean version and think about Choi Min Sik as Oh Daesu and then compare it to Will Smith, it won’t make any sense at all. Any American actor will feel quite disturbed at the mentality of the protagonist in this – I can’t even imagine who will play Lee Woo Jin’s part – that character is HELLA evil! Well, for now, I’m hoping they either do a really good job or don’t do it at all. If they do, I’ll look foward to seeing Will Smith either lose weight for this (in the movie, Daesu actually is quite fat and then trains in 15 years – he actually did train himself for the movie and lose weight), and eat a whole octopus. Live. But they weren’t going to do that, because they expressed interest in adapting the manga, and not the Korean film. Anyway, Wiki says the project is dead, so in a way that’s maybe for the better?

PPS: The girl who plays Mido is married to Tablo of Epik High. OMG!

I found out there was a Bollywood version of this named Zinda – @_@ Wow. Well it was similar, just 14 years and 4 days to find out. LULZ.

Until next blog!

Capped, and fanfiction

So now my Internet is incredibadly slow.

Anyway, I was loooking at my books and realised that I had some notebooks filled with fanfiction in them.

I don’t know about you, but all high schoolers at some time must have thought about writing fanfiction or any sort of fiction in the hopes of people reading and enjoying their writing. The stuff I am interested in is not so much fanfiction, but rather, fiction. I always seem to have a strong female protagonist but then she eventually breaks down bit by bit when she is seduced by the perfect man, but imperfect because he’s usually too smooth with his words or looks. The nice guy always loses and as a result, loses cool and turns out to be more evil than the player character.

I’m a bit surprised that that is sort of how I ended up turning out in real life? Seriously, when I wrote this stuff I must have been thinking to myself, “I won’t turn into this person!” but UGH. DAMN IT.

I have a few other works on my computer I have yet to finish, but every time I start reading from the start, I get so intrigued by the plot that I forgot that I was the one who wrote it. By the time I get to the end and I lift my hands up to continue the story, I feel like I’m bound to ruin it because I have a desire to finish it off ASAP and finish it with a weak ending or continuation. I think I will go back to that one and delete the last few pages I wrote. It didn’t seem to be in sync.

Anyway, one story that has been one of my long favourites is one I called Silent Games: Dreams. Possibly I named it that way intending to write something similar but not under the category of dreams, but something else like memory? I don’t know. Anyway, it’s about an intelligent and strong female character who ends up in a secret underworld of discos, nightclubs and crime. It’s a world where you can’t get to except when it’s dark, you’re blindfolded, and someone you know takes you there. The only way out is to fulfill your dream first before you can leave. Sounds a bit cheesy, but the whole story is about how the people are being played around like players in a game. A bit like Oldboy (I will write about it later), actually, only without the ”omg whyyyyy D:” stuff since it’s on paper and I was only like SIXTEEN WHEN I WROTE THIS D:

Anyway, why I didn’t read this story again for design, I’m not too sure, but it would have given me ideas on the underground – sigh x_x

Anyway, the girl has a flakey best friend, and I type this from what I’ve written (yes, I only have it in written form, I don’t have a word processed document):

(First example)

“Seriously, I wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for you. Why don’t you just remember your timetable better?”
She stood up. “I’m going to the toilet.”

She told me to remember my timetable better? She doesn’t even know what her electives are. She doesn’t know this, but because of her extreme impulsive personality, I don’t think I can stand her any more. Half the time I feel like stangling her. To me, she was just another parasite.

(Second example)

“Oh open up your shell, will you? You have a great sense of humour, but usually it’s so assymptomatic and dry that I can’t understand your speech!”
I raised an eyebrow.
“Assymptomatic?”
She laughed. “See? You’re doing the funny jokes again!”

RAWR people like that seriously annoy me. I can’t believe I wrote that in high school and still have to encounter those kinds of people like 5 years after writing something like that. WHY??? OTLL

Anyway. There’s more but I won’t post any more? Hahaha. It’s too hard to word process even bits of it, and even when I do so, it’s out of context so just leave it at that D:

But last but not least, one of my favourite lines happens to be this. It sounds really stupid at first, but just think about it. Just think about it.

“What do you want to be when you grow up?”
“I want to be a man.”

Park Shin Hye Love <3

Wow, when I was watching You’re Beautiful there were scenes of PSH not being able to dance and having to learn. She’s a pretty damn good actress because she can dance, and dance extremely well.

Watch the second half where the music comes on with the song Satisfaction. Damn she is GOOD!

Not sure where to categorise this, but I’ll put it under random and drama ;)

Photoshoot

Not much to really post since I didn’t take the photos, but thanks to R for these photo printouts of me (and the other with C) :D !

Zomg, it’s me! But it’s all good because you can’t see my face :D

And yes, Big Bang hoodie <3

Anyway, I’m looking forward to R uploading the shots from today! I got a lot of weird looks from people as I was walking in the city OTLL I seriously looked either like a schoolgirl from Japan or I was attempting to do some cosplay thingy. One chick had her eyes fixed on my skirt as she walked past me.

Take that! You’ll never be able to buy a skirt like my one >D

Haha okay [/meanness] juuuust kidding.  Though the skirt itself annoyed me at the time I bought it. Technically it should have been $47.20 but they charged me $48 for it. I didn’t realise at the time or else I would have argued. It’s not about the 80c, it’s about ethics. If it’s 20% off, I expect 20% off, and not like 19.7% off because it’s just false advertising. Get my drift? >.< But yeah. Whatever.

All I thought was hot day = shorts = skirt = not so warm = win. But it was windy today >_<

Luckily I was wearing those Korean emergency short thingies they wear under miniskirts and minidresses. Not so comforting since there were 2 people in a car watching as my skirt flew up. Goddamn perverts. Even though I think it was a guy and a girl I don’t care D: Well, thankfully, shorts FTW. I think I caught it on time anyway, so who cares. Not gonna try that again any time soon >.>

Oh, and BOOST has a funny packaging!

I love the textures… :P :P :P GET IT… GET IT?1?1/111one

I suspect it has something to do with not using polystyrene and using paper instead so it’s better for the environment. It also makes the cup not so cold to hold (unlike those stupid Maccas cups – have you ever held a coke in the middle of winter at 11pm at night, with a bag in your other hand so you can’t switch hands? Yeah, that feeling). The only problem with this packaging is that the packaging goes soggy and wet.

Otherwise, it’s quite nice. I like it.

Okay, other things on agenda

After Hong Kong mail stops being retarded, I will start to think about getting a Holga (an awesome one) and some film. R’s idea of the photo album really got me thinking. I generally am not a fan of taking photos full stop, but I think it’d be quite lovely to make a photo album. I can print off my own photos too because my printer allows me to do so. So I’ll start to do that once I get myself some ink. If it’s going to be photos from a Holga, I’d probably just scan or process those at the store. I think using a Holga will be easier than the FT2 SLR. Before I use the SLR, I need to replace the strap. I’m currently waiting for time to tick away so I can bid on the strap when the auction is near ending.

I think I might submit an enquiry to HK post soon about my sasa order. It’s been more than a week since I got the tracking numbers, and they still haven’t been processed, which is kind of worrying. They did mention a 7-14 day delay at HK post, but it’s getting too ridiculous. They seem to not know how much mail is coming out of HK – and if you don’t know, it’s a lot. Like, A LOT. I have bought about 70% of ebay stuff from HK. Argh!

But yeah, I’m thinking of getting a Holga for sure, and I’ll invest in a nice photoalbum. Could be for architecture and shizz too :)

Until next blog!

Magic Lash

Again, I’m not going to go into the step by step photograph process. You wanna just know the results and how it’s like, right?

Basically, there are plenty of these things on the market. The idea of using tiny fibres (in other words, they are like little hairs) to extend eyelashes is not uncommon. Magic Lash is just one of the products on the market. Imju Dejavu Fibrewig Mascara, the best selling mascara in Japan is another, and Tiffa Eyelash base also contains these fibres.

The difference is that Magic Lash is not a mascara or a base – it is purely only the fibres.

Magic Lash Eyelash Enhancer: costs $22USD shipped from America. Website selling this stuff is unknown.

What does it mean to only be fibres?

It means that the product lasts longer. People have commented on how Fibrewig dries out quickly – I’m not surprised. Fibrewig is quite expensive just because of the fibres. I’m sure a bottle of Magic Lash has more fibre than a Fibrewig mascara, and if you want to DIY, you can add the fibres from Magic Lash into your mascara and you get instant no mess results. The downside of course is that your mascara will dry out. The upside is that you can control how much the mascara costs (it could just be a cheap $2.50 mascara and you add fibres, or you could add fibres to a Dior mascara – it’s ultimately your choice and you’re in control).

My advice is if you use several mascaras, use only one bottle dedicated for using after Magic Lash, or else all of your mascaras will dry out. OR – if you’re one of those people who throw out mascaras every 3 months regardless of how the mascara is for hygiene reasons, you can use Magic Lash all you want for all your mascaras. I’m one of the naughty people who don’t throw out mascaras :P

NOTE: MAGIC LASH DID KILL ONE OF MY ESTEE LAUDER MASCARAS. DRIED IT OUT WITHIN A FEW MONTHS. That’s standard for those who throw out their makeup though. So, make up your own mind about it :)

How to use this?

First you need a primer. Or if you’re lazy, just put on a coat of mascara. When your first coat is on and still wet, tap the fibres onto your eyelashes and then finish off with a coat or  two. It’s recommended that you put on mascara zig zag rather than brushing your lashes as it will keep the fibres on. You get more volume too as it thickens your lashes.

You should ideally use a spoolie afterwards to brush out your lashes – it can look clumpy if you use too many fibres, which is what I tend to do. The Magic Lash is a mascara looking bottle, with a mascara wand, with only fibres inside. It’s VERY hard to control how much fibre coming out – in fact, your wand will be coated with too much of the stuff. My friend would tap the fibres onto a piece of paper (read, paper NOT tissue, tissue will absorb your fibre as if it were dust) and she would reuse those fibres.

Why use this?

It’s apparently meant to lengthen your eyelashes to give the impression of false lashes.

I found that it actually thickens your lashes provided you have enough of it.

For example, if you want longer lashes, you will tap the fibres onto the ends of the lashes only. If you want thicker lashes, you’d tap it smack into the middle of your lash. Fair enough?

My results:

Yeah, I know. Yuck. Huge picture of just my eye. But I think you can tell that the lashes are thicker in the below image (obviously the after photo). You can see the ends of the lashes more clearly thanks to the fibres and also mascara. Was there a super duper crazy difference? No, not really. Because you can tell my lashes aren’t short to begin with. I used the DHC Eyelash Tonic, which helped my lashes lengthen somwhat. I think if I took a photo of my eye open, you’d see a difference, because clearly, it’s much thicker and a bit longer. It does look like false lashes (though I’ve never worn them before).

ONE THING TO NOTE: MY LASHES ARE CURLED IN THE IMAGE AT THE BOTTOM. THEY ARE NOT CURLED IN THE IMAGE ABOVE.

I actually took the image above after when I removed my makeup. Sorry for the bits of mascara ink and cotton fluff. I can’t be bothered photoshopping it clean either.

Another thing to note: it clumps quite a bit. You will need a spoolie.

Where to buy this stuff?

I don’t know where you can get this because my friend ordered it for me last year from the States. It costs roughly $22USD shipped to Australia.

You can buy Imju Fibrewig from sasa.com or online for approximately $15USD (beware though, people do say it dries out quickly), but the Tiffa base you will need to find elsewhere – it’s quite rare on the Internet, apparently.

If you’re in Sydney and not a fan of online shopping, they sell Imju at AKA and Maruya for about $35-$40 a tube. It’s a complete ripoff, and if you buy it, I shall applaud you either for your courage or vulnerability to being ripped off. Either way, I shall applaud you :)

Until next blog!

PS: THINGS TO NOTE WHEN YOU USE THIS STUFF:

- It takes patience. If you’re very careful, using Magic Lash could add an extra 5 minutes to your makeup routine. Only use it when you are not in a hurry for perfect results.
- Do not breathe when you are taking the wand out. I’m serious. You could easily breathe in that stuff and it’s not nice.
- When you tap the fibres on, try not to blink or sway your head around or do it in a windy area. If it gets in your eye, it could dry out your contact, or it could just be uncomfortable.
- When you tap the fibres on, do not exhale or inhale. You will breathe the fibres in or you will blow them into lalaland.

HOPE THOSE TIPS HELP!

Omo, I’m depressed :(

I was getting ready for a city photoshoot thingy and I decided to bring along a pair of emergency flats. Usually I would use my cher bag to do this and I figured it’d work as a prop and a carry bag.

As I was searching my usual stash of bags, I realised that it was missing.

I. LOST. MY. CHER. TOTE.

I’m completely at a loss :( The thing wasn’t exactly cheap and I had it for less than 6 months or so. To make things worse, I think I bought that for my birthday :( It was a limited edition yellow and pink colour too.

I’m hoping that it’ll pop up somewhere in my room, but the chances are quite slim. I only remember using it to carry my models and vaguely/ possibly some library books I had to return one day.

My luck totally sucks :(  I hardly ever lose things! The only time I remember losing something was pretty much those small items like rubber bands and whatnot – I only “lost” things like leads and stationery because some girl actually took them from my pencilcase (I didn’t lose them, they “took” them), and I lost an earring (yeah, and it was a pair I bought for my birthday once again). When I was in primary I probably lost like the hat or something.

WHY MY CHER TOTE :( I barely used it! I’m thankful that it wasn’t anything more expensive than that – or else I’d really be sad.

Hopefully things will get better from here on!

PS: It’s so bad! I don’t even have a photograph of the bag as a memory :( So sad!

Drama drama drama

Sorry again! Well, tonight’s dinner was cancelled, so I took the liberty of going to get myself some more dramas :D Stupidly though, I couldn’t get the other half of episode 5 of IRIS, so I’m stuck with just only episode 4, then I have 6 onwards (I think 7 is missing?) ugh. Cocorust Depository (or was it Repository?) really needs to not upload everything to sendspace. I hate the slow speeds and the 300MB/ hr download limit.

About IRIS, Yooruu and I were talking about it the other day. Shamelessly, I said that I was watching it for T.O.P :P but she mentioned the plot was a little choppy, irrelevant (well I need to watch more to see). She also speculated that T.O.P was an assassin who was either from Japan or North Korea. Instead, I’m going to suggest that T.O.P is possibly from the C.I.A. No ordinary North Korean would be out of the country (well I’m going to assume that), and the so called Mr Black is very American sounding indeed. If he’s not from the C.I.A, then I’m going to have to agree he’s a North Korean. But yes, T.O.P is quite frightening in IRIS, or at least the cinematography makes him quite a scary character.

I’m also going to watch “He who cannot marry” (or “The Unmarried Man” or “He who can’t marry”). It’s like the 40 year old virgin, only he’s an architect, successful, umarried and Korean. Lols. C recommended it, and I promised to (well okay I didn’t promise, but I am inclined/ obliged to) review it for my friend when he returns from construction land.

Speaking of which, I watched the last episode of You’re Beautiful. Hard to say. I liked the ending, but I didn’t really like the episode that much. Usually I would be like OMGGGG and then clicking for the next part. Maybe because I watched it from Youtube (MsTangGuo – if not, MrsTangGuo) and some parts didn’t even have translations. HECK, I don’t even know Korean and I know they didn’t translate it properly!

I feel the last episode was more of a filler episode more than anything else. There wasn’t really enough suspense, but then again, the ending is quite predictable.

I think what I really wanted to see was more of Go Mi Nam (ie. the brother character) by Park Shin Hye. I thought that it was kind of amusing at the airport, and he did seem kind of charismatic, but they left it out towards the end and all I could see was either the back view (of obviously a man, not Park Shin Hye) or bits of PSH’s face. I felt like I was watching the Oral B commercials x_x

Anyway, I really enjoyed the series though !

On the topic of dramas, while I was waiting for the downloads, I remembered P telling me he had watched Mianhada, Saranghada (I’m sorry, I love you). I decided to give it a go, even though he said it was extremely slow. It was indeed too slow for me. The version I watched had mismatched timing of subtitles and sound (ugh) and then the quality was quite LQ (considering it was from what, 1999?).

Anyway, only P would probably get this joke, but after watching the first episode, it makes me NOT want to go to Melbourne ;-; Not that you’d ever read this. Haha.

The characters and the dialogues are indeed quite odd. Too many times have they said the word “Starcraft” in the first episode, and the singer dude who keeps saying “I’m gonna die! I’m gonna die right now!” annoys me somewhat. In fact, I reread the plot synopsis, and it’s something I really don’t want to watch. It’s just another one of those 16 long episode dramas where life is heading nowhere (and neither is the drama), and the love story goes nowhere. P‘d prove me wrong since he’s the expert on this series (“eat with me, drink with me”?!) but yeah. Dude. If he’s not sure he likes her, they shoulda just asked. Since he only has like, 3 months to live anyway. Nothing to lose except for face and a few months, okay? >.>
